My brother hired a car online before travel and taken full insurance thought the same website they hired the car. They refused to give him the car and said that ee do not recognise the insurance and have to pay insurance with us of £300 which is crazy as he is only hiring it for 1 week and it's a small buget car. They were rude and shouting at him that if he does not pay £300 he will not get the car even tho he paid for it online. Be careful from them they are crooked and thiefs. We will put a complaint to Herts website.

Grand manque de professionnalisme.
Le personnel a fait preuve d'un grand manque de respect mais ce n'était pas le plus grave. Le plus grave étant que l agence de rabat ville était fermée et qu il n'y a eu ni mail ni appel pour prévenir.
Une personne est venue de l agence de l aéroport pour m'y emmener récupérer mon véhicule. Résultat, je recupère une Hyundai i10 au lieu d'une fiat 500 (ce serait la meme gamme parait-il) à l aéroport de Salé à 11h25 au lieu de 10h à Rabat ville et je paie un surplus de 450 dhs parce que ma carte ne passait pas pour une caution de 20 000 dhs.
J'ai complètement manqué mon rendez-vous de 12h alors que je pensais avoir été prudent en réservant à 10h. La cerise sur le gateau, après avoir contacté le top management, ils n'ont pas été en mesure de me proposer autre chose que leurs excuses.
En gros avec Hertz, c'est payer plus cher, pour se faire engueuler par un employé absolument pas professionnel qui se permet des remarques déplacées en livrant un véhicule qui n est pas conforme au véhicule réservé et avec 1h30 de retard.

They are corrupt and use unfair things.
I have booked a car verry early so the price was low. When i came in rabat they told me my visa card don't work and my mastercard also ..... i was shocked .... u called my bank in belgium. They told me my card was perfect but to be sure you have to test it in a ATM. I tested it and it worked. So i went back to hertz and they told me the car is now rented to someone else because 2 hours are pasted.
Soooo confused i went to another rental paying a high price and booked a car with the same visa that did not worked with hertz ....???? The same day ... how is it possible?
But i think because i have booked with a cheap price they did like my card is not ok to rent it to someone else for a higher price ......... thanks hertz ..... after 5 years hertz in europe ..... but after i see this .... hertz is not the same in everywhere ...... for me no hertz anymore ..... especially in MOROCCO RABAT AIRPORT ..... be carefull they are corrupt!!!
