Mr. Rasheed,
This holiday was absolutely abysmal I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. A dreadful experience as well as poor accommodation disallowed me to enjoy my holiday.

it was the worst hotel o have ever been to, its said to be 4 star hotel but when you get there you find thats its not even 2 stars, room service was poor, they never answer the phone and if you go downstairs you can see them waiting for the phone to stop calling. we payed for 5 beds and they gave us 2 double beds and 2 dirty,oily and disgusting sofas to sleep on(not sofa bed just a sofa). i would recommend that no one stays here pooooor.

Nice place for family, with a pool, good service specially the woman who clean the rooms, she's so helpful and smiling in the face of people. But we did not find the towel in our arrival and also the a/c was not working perfectly.

We have been coming to this great hotel for many years now and find it excellent in every way. Although the facilities have now dated and need to be upgraded. Be aware of the pool as young kids use the main pool without swimming aids or supervision which is mind blowing.

Worst experience with a hotel I have ever been through. To start off the room smelled foul ,the table still had dust at least 2 weeks old ,the light switch was broken, there were cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling and I could go on for ages. Secondly they stole my brand new Nike sneakers , and when I told the front desk they said there was nothing they could do and they have never seen any sneakers .I have never had anything stolen from me by a hotel so imagine my surprise at this.Third we paid for the breakfast buffet in advance , but when we went to " sign in" for breakfast the guy told us we were not on the list would not on the list , he would not listen to us and told us to go to the front desk which was on the other side of the hotel, than they wasted another 10 minutes trying to find our reservation. Finally they found it ,got us the paperwork to take to the man outside the buffet, and when we offered them to him , he said he didn't feel like looking at them and that we could just go , after all that I was quite pissed when I asked him why he didn't just let us go from the get go he simply said i don't know . I will never set foot in this hotel even if hell freezes over worst experience I'm warning you.There are plenty of good hotels in Marrakech to look at or go to , just don't go here.
