I just spent 2 weeks in October and the weather was nice. Good welcome at reception by a man. There were a few things not working in the room, the TV and the phone. The reception man sent a technician who could not fix the missing channels as listed by the TV. So no TV unless you are happy with a snowy picture. Wifi in the lounge was very weak and a lot of the time down. The bedroom was spacious and bright with a complimentary fridge. It was cleaned every day and fresh white towels replaced with new supply of soap shower gel and shampoo. The food in the restaurant on a self service was good and plenty of choice and staff was pleasant.
I felt as a half boarder that I was a little ostracised as the pool bar was only for the use of the all inclusive customers. Same with lunch unless I was prepared to pay 130 dhs for it. So i never had lunch there.
The pool was nice and clean and a good supply of sunbeds was available. It is a shame you had to find the guy to get a parasol opened up, it would have been better to have some parasols opened everyday.
The worst part for me was the same loud music everyday by the swimming pool and I mean loud. Not everybody wants to have their ears assaulted by the same music all the time.
The music and speakers were them transferred to the lounge every evening for an even louder dose of same music, the lounge was more of a discotheque. This was a shame as I wanted to use the wifi which seemed to work better in the evening to contact and talk to family and friends. This was not possible.
So to conclude nice hotel, friendly staff, decent food, nice bedroom and facilities, poor internet and too much loud music.

Lovely exterior competitive with others in same price range, interiors need updating and maintenance but not enough to put you off. Friendly staff and a variety of others mainly French/Dutch but polite. Staff are friendly, more improvements required to be 4 star, good location to beach, shops and local access to restaurants and taxi services friendly for families though beware smokers are permitted in main lounge, and guests love sun lounging not for the faint hearted if your conservative/of faith.

I would give this hotel 5 stars cos it is definitely a great value for money. Totally agree with a previous review. The staff is doing a great job. The area is clean and nice. Room is great, very big. A pleasure to spend time there. Yes, some areas need refreshments but sorry. If u want a whole package go down the strand where u will find a number of more luxurious hotels. But be ready to pay a triple price and more. I was pleasantly surprised with a food. I was not sure if I will have many options here with my vegan diet. But kitchen does a great job. All meals they cook are made to eat, not just for quantity of dishes. Staying here now and the only concern is the weather so far:)
