The oldest Catholic church in all of Latin America. Very nice

Nice exterior, simple interior (no wall paintings). Cannot be compared to european churches. Outside a lot of beggers.

Beautiful cathedral that portrays the typical spanish catholism in the early start of mexico. There's a plaza in front of the church where entertainment and local Marquesitas are located. Try the Marquesitas that are sold in the plaza, always great to try the local food.

A beautiful cathedral just outside the city's main square. Worth stopping by and learning more about.

One of the most ancient catholic churches in Mexico. It's nice to see from outside. Inside you may find it a little bit creepy, or without charme. Anyway, this church, and its little town, it's a must see place if you wanna see a bit of "real Mexico", and not just the rich & touristic East side coast.
