It's a hospital, they treat people. However the place is very unsanitary. They seem to do the minimum to make sure whatever regulations are in place are barely followed. Having 150+ people in the waiting room without proper air conditioning is a great way to spread sickness. They seem to be understaffed and/or incompetent. Seeing as there is little choice for Torreon, I imagine it's the only reason they are here.
