I took my pom to the groomer, and I asked for a bath and to cut the hair inside my poms ears. When I pick him up the groomer told me she wasn't able to give him the hair style I wanted for his face!! I was shocked, and told her that I just wanted the ears, not the face.
She run back inside to bring my dog and told me that it was a misunderstanding, and that they didn't cut the hair around his face. As I was driving to the border, I took the bandanna off of him and saw the terrible job they did. They lied to me, and did a terrible job with his hair!! Never coming back here.

He is the best bet I have visited in Tijuana and I have been to many. Have taken all my dogs to him.

no knowledge of orthopedics. He cast a canine foot which had been broken for 8 months. Any REAL ortho will tell you that after 8 months the fracture is a NON UNION: the bones need to be scraped to join. To make matters worse his entire foot got infected in under a week. I trust this vet to make a DIAGNOSIS ONLY any TREATMENT or COURSE OF TREATMENT should be decided by somebody more qualified and capable.

My 13 year old dog was dying from congestive heart failure and after taking her to 2 different vet clinics in the US, and spending $500+ in a couple of hours, I decided to trust Google reviews. At the emergency vet in the US I was quoted $3k to maybe keep her alive and further diagnose what was wrong with her. After x-rays showed her unmistakable heart issues I decided to try a vet in TJ since we are so close to the border. We showed up without an appointment which meant we had to wait until an opening but she was worth it. She was in extremely bad shape and while waiting for the vet I made arrangements for burying my dog. He saw us at 5pm which is when they close and he was very sympathetic to my dogs ailment. I showed him earlier x-rays and he agreed with their findings but his treatment was less than 1/3 of the quote. He gave her some shots and medications to aid her breathing and heart and sent us on our way having spent less than $110 total for that day. It took a couple of days but my dog is back to normal. He literally brought her back from the dead. I called and cancelled her "hole" to be buried, not kidding, and I am amazed everyday at how good she is doing. Went back for more tests, this time we made an appointment, and the prices are still reasonable and affordable. Dr.Lopez is amazing and I can't thank him enough for saving my fur baby. I tell everyone I know about him. His staff is friendly and the clinic is not only clean but close to the border. I would definitely recommend this vet if you care about your pet's health but can't afford to pay an arm and a leg for their medical care. My baby is old and will most likely have to take medication for the rest of her days but her quality of life is 100% better since the day I thought I almost lost her. Seriously, best decision I made was to trust others reviews and go see Dr.Lopez.
