Supposed to have thermal pool... it was Cold..rooms have Roaches... A/C does not work properly... and Food...was TERRIBLY BAD... GOT SICK... FOOD IS FROM DAYS.. I'LL SHOW YOU A PICK.. Slimy Fajitas... just got to taste them to get sick..🤕🤒😷

Great service, gently personal, tasty food...
I had some expectations for this place but since I visited it I saw a lot of details and experiment some sensations I recommend you this place because it little piece of extraordinary a escape from routine
-I specially recommend it for those bussines men who need some space of time to clean their minds and create new ideas...

The accommodations were nothing special and the buffet food included in the price was terrible.

Treat value customers poor twice! We came here last night and they told us we don't have reservation and required us to pay. We refuse pay because we already paid it from online and finally let us sleep here but found disgust smelly room, outdated bathroom, old tube and room and bad huge molds! Wow then next morning.. Know what? They required us to pay extra persons to sleep. I told them it must be error in their system and I did reservation 4 persons for 2 bed in a room but they treat us poor treat way. Even I show it them on my iPhone where it's shown 4 persons or 2 persons are same price! I told them that I will be contact at hotel online where I paid and I knew it will fix then contact back to hotel to fix it at same price! Not worth sleep here because this hotel really stink-molds and don't know how to treat value customers but focus on customers' money to raking out of our pocket for dirty trick-money!
