I was extremely pleased with FRONT DESK staff and management. I have a large labrador who is traveling with me to Puerto Vallarta. At the time of checkin for my reservation, They advised only small dogs are allowed. THIS PUT ME IN A REAL BIND AS I HAD NOWHERE TO STAY. The young lady at the front desk said she would speak to her manager. All agreed an exception would be made for the one night stay. WHAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I am all checked in and the room is perfect. Recommend this hotel to all looking for comfort and price in their short term visits.

Room small but sufficient. Well laid out clean and comfortable. This need include breakfast at same price. The area is not suitable for walking around.

The rooms were clean. The food from the restaurant also good but they have no room service. Every thing was good
