Good food and good ambience however, it would would be best had we had a waiter or waitress serve our food I would have given it 5 stars...overall it's good food and clean.

Great breakfast. Great prices. The staff was super tolerant of my pathetic Spanish, even though they speak English. The best place for breakfast in San Carlos.

You must visit Rosa's for Breakfast! The orange juice is the best fresh squeezed we've had. The staff is friendly and the food is delicious!
Get here before 10 am on weekends to avoid a long line!
