The food is nice, the place is from a great movie... the gift shop feels overpriced.

Surprise to find this in Puerto Vallarta but fun place to go and shrimp dishes were all great....from fried to boiled, to coctail. Open front overlooking the ocean and boardwalk.

Terrible experience. Inexperienced server, too many staff on duty just hovering around killing time. Food was not up to the caliber of U.S. locations.

Bubba Gump Shrimp co. sucks everywhere - they have fresh items all around the area and they cannot seem to get a recipe right.

This was my first experience with a Bubba Gump and I can say I was quite disappointed. The two stars is solely due to their on site air conditioning. (Don't laugh, when on the Puerto Vallarta strip it's in high demand.)
The coconut shrimp had awful texture & seasoning. The beer was monumentally overpriced. The manager was settled in the first good A/C seat.
