I was disappointed in the overpriced small portions of American style cuisine and wine and a watered down martini. I did not come to Puerto Villarta for this. I can get ripped off for the same stuff easily at home. To be fair, the location, vista, quality and service were good. Just not a good value compared to very many other options in Puerto Villarta.

Heard so much about this place. Frequented by Bono and other celebs apparently. But for all the rock star hype we were super disappointed in the food. Poorly prepared and presented. Waiter was the essence of smarmy but I didn't care for the undertone of snoot. IMO every restaurant has to earn its reputation all over again with every service. This place had the attitude that it had it made and yet the food was mediocre at best. Also maybe they could reduce the last century sleeze factor with the hostessing at some point although catering to Hollywood sleeze seems to be a forte of PV in general. Weinstein probably loves this place. I'd give it one star but the view makes up for a lot. Order coffee and you're probably alright.
