Bus at 5 am and you wanna take a nap? Forget about it if you travel via Estrella Roja first class (!). Stupid advertising and some movie on TV with loud speakers during all two hours to Mexico City.
Air conditioning was turned off during half of time, so there was a lack of oxygen.
I think they even can't imagine how overrated this first class is.
Much more better is using normal cheap tickets or AU bus company.
