Friendly staff and nice salon but cannot give anymore stars as had the worst haircut and highlights ever. Highlights are limited , too thick and not near the roots. Haircut is completely uneven but only noticed after i washed my hair next day. Couldn't go back and complain as we have left town. Also was charged more than advised when booking appt. I booked here based on reviews but these must be made up.

Great salon!! Fantastic hair stylist carlos so friendly and cut n styles my hair on our honeymoon would recommend to any british tourists go to Godiva salon 5 star!! A lovely salon n so welcoming x

I have been to hairdressers and salons in the UK, Miami, Netherlands and Germany and Godiva is really the best. They are very professional, social and helpful. They died my eyebrows and gave me "hairbotox" and in both cases I trusted my gut feeling about Carlos and i am so happy i did! The result is amazing and i am sad Carlos is not in the UK to do my hair again. On top of that they gave us an amazing restaurant recommendation. Thanks so much and I would give 6 stars if there were 6!

Godiva is the BEST Salon and Spa in Playa del Carmen! The staff is incredible always professional and highly talented! Hair services, nails, waxing and spa facials are always a treat here and I know I'm getting quality products and services every time!
I know many people who also have visited Godiva for a variety of treatments and have found it AMAZINGLY WONDERFUL!
Truly a top notch Salon. My wife looks forward to every relaxing, fun visit weather its a quick eyebrow wax, a full set of beautiful acrylic nails or a refreshing hairstyle.
