Horrible!!!!!, The hotel has terrible service, the rooms are extremely dirty, I was there for New years ever from December 28 to Jan 2nd and we stayed downstairs in one of the suites, I must say this was a terrible disappointment, there was not enough hot water for showers, when we told the front desk he ignored our requests. We also booked the room next door for other members of our family and the room as really bad, we found remains of flip flops hanging from a window, the wall by the bathroom has mildew, there were spider webs on the ceiling, the bathroom had wires exposed in the light fixture, the ceiling also had signs of mildew. This was just a terrible experience, we love Oaxaca but please avoid this place, the pictures they show must be old. I work in the hotel industry, having graduated from Hospitality Management and I must say this hotel is an example of what not to do, I wish the manager or owners would pay more attention because the employees don't care. We go to Oaxaca very often and we stay there, but that was our last time. this hotel is terrible.
