Out of all the Cinépolis VIP I've visited, this has to be one of my favorites: service inside the theater is remarkably fast (5 min. approx. to bring our order), facilities are really comfortable and clean, and the mall and surrounding areas are pretty nice too.
As a con, prices are higher than regular theaters (which makes perfect sense, as it is a VIP service) but I understand it might be a NO for some people.

Great experience, you have a menu inside the theater... You can order popcorns, sushi , coffee or a drink! Its a brand new building with a 24/7 supermarket! Great!
