Did not have car that was reserved. Called and was asked how many passenger and told them 7. Waited an hour to be picked up from airport then when arrived at American car rental was told that they didn't have car for us. They could rent us the van that picked us from airport which was standard and at a higher rental price . We needed an automatic. We asked the person in the office if they could help us find another car rental, he said no. The driver could take us back to airport where we could find another car rental that may have a car for us. We will never rent from this company again. When I told them that we had 7 passengers right then they should of told me that they didn't have a car for us instead of wasting our time of going to their office and then back to airport. My rating is actually minus 0.
