Au petit déjeuner l'assiette avec son contenant disparaît pendant que vous allez vous resservir un verre de jus d'orange, la machine à café est coupée alors qu'il reste des clients dans la salle à manger.
Le client est transparent pas de différence avec une chaise!!
Nous étions en groupe la commande des boissons avec le service se fait une par une, le denier à commander sa boisson, l'a reçue au dessert. Un véritable modèle de rapidité dans le service.
La chambre et la salle de douche sont du niveau d'une étoile en Europe le plâtre autour de la porte de la toilette est crevassé fissuré et manquant.
Le dessus de la tablette du bureau trace de boisson collées, le nettoyage laisse à désirer...Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Howard Johnson Alameda Hotel un México City is a great and económicamente place to stay, the rooms are very nice, hace que air conditioned, cooling system, the whole facilities are clean and they look like they care about the looks very much, they also offer a buffet for breakfast un the lobby, the people offer pretty good service and they always do it with good manners

You have to know everything to understand my frustration with this hotel. For my family and I, it was a clean environment, I give it that. But other than that our expirence here was not good. We were originally in 2 rooms on the 7th floor and our rooms were big and comfortable. The wifi didn't work in either room and one of them had a strong sewer odor. The next morning when we spoke up, we're moved to rooms in the 3rd floor. Not only was the staff irritated but also the rooms were smaller, the tv's weren't working, the wifi wasn't working and our "keys" kept disabling. When we tried asking for our problems to be fixed they simply threw it over their shoulder, said they were working on it and refused to give us a better room. Had we not payed for those services, we wouldn't be asking for them. But we did and if we would have known how uncomfortable we were going to be here, we would have stayed at a different hotel.
Other things you might want to know:
-Each room does have a safe but they are not even installed in the wall or floor; anyone can come in and carry it out.
-Rooms are the opposite of sound proof. You can hear everything going on outside the four walls.
-Water does not drain well. Can't keep it running for more than 3 seconds.
-Bathrooms were tiny. Shower, toilet and sink were all separate.
-When lighting candles we forgot we were in a closed room and before we noticed it the "firework candles" filled the whole room with smoke. Although we were lucky that the fire alarm did not go off because it was not an emergency; it only goes to show how safe we would be in an actual emergency like that.

Modern, well located, minor improvements required:
English level of some staff members.
WiFi was slow
