One of the best, if not the best, hotels in Mexicali. Great location and the amenities are fantastic, including a delicious buffet (not always included in your room rate but very worth it).
The rooms are great as well.
Also good for events.

Service is always good, but elevator is broken, so we had to use service elevator. Also, shower is terrible, and overall hotel feels a bit beat up. Better upkeep is needed.

Everything from the receptionist to the restaurant servers is A rating here. Safe environment and very clean rooms. All staff is dressed immaculate, and tend to your needs as a 5 star establishment would. Definitely will stay here when we are in Mexicali.

We stay in this hotel frequently, and it is our first choice when visiting Mexicali. The restaurants are wonderful. We particularly enjoy the heated swimming pool. The linens and bedding, along with the mattresses and pillows, assure you of a good night's rest. We highly recommend this hotel.
