Lovely hotel with EXCELLENT service. High ceilings help keep the rooms cool if you don't want to use the a/c. The rooms on the lower floor get some noise from the courtyard. Overall a great stay.

For a traveler seeking a clean, efficient room, nicely accommodated - this is your place. The combination of price and location made me rate it five star. A delicious free breakfast, helpful staff and comfortable rooms make this hotel a great choice. I signed up for one night, but stayed for four. Hard to find (I drove in at night) and didn't know Merida - my mistake. Within walking distance to a plethora of good restaurants and parks.

Had a great week at Hotel del Peregrino in May 2017. A beautiful old home has become a comfortable small hotel. Great location, clean, and with a great staff. David, Alejandro and Franco were friendly and very helpful. A special thanks to Noemi and Elisa who kept the place spotless and provided wonderful breakfasts. They even accommodated my mother's gluten free needs. Don't stay in a large sterile hotel when places like this provide the perfect compliment to Merida's colonial heritage. We definitely plan to return!

Hotel is an easy 15 min walk to Town Square and Served Breakfast was lovely.
Shared guest fridge is too small and no freezer available for guest use.
