Son ladrones!!! Nunca re tan coche de alla. Todos los coches son basuras descuidadas. Luego, en lugar de bloquear el monto en la tarjeta de credito, lo cobraron. Y despues, segun ellos, devolvieron el dinero pero mi banco no tienen registrado la transaccion de devolucion. Ahora tengo que regresar para que me devuelven el.dinero que me robaron.
Si quieren tener problemas y perder mucho tiempo y dinero, adelante, son los mejores que pueden encontrar!

Los chicos de Montejo car rental son super amables. El auto funcionó muy bien, los trámites de entrega y recepción son muy fáciles y ágiles. Y tienen el buen gesto de llevarte al aeropuerto o terminal de autobuses cuando entregas el auto. Muy muy recomendable rentar con ellos.

Terrible car, had a flat tire and changed it in a very busy intersection. Turned car in let them know about the spare. They took it out looked at it then brought me home. 2 hours later the young man that brought me home came back and started harnessing me about paying for the tire. Accusing me of damaging it. Involved my neighbor and continued to harass. I am a 70 year old woman that certainly did not need this. Never rent from these people I think the cars are not really that safe.

La renta es accesible, los autos funcionan adecuadamente aunque la limpieza y mantenimiento puede mejorar. Su personal, como toda la gente de Mérida, es muy amable. Nos ofrecieron una "noche de cortesía" y a la entrega del auto nos llevaron al aeropuerto como parte del precio pactado.

The prices are fair for the cars you get, I mean the car worked OK and there was no trouble but it wasn't clean, we got it with almost no gas, but yo deliver it with the same amount of gas. It is really okay for the price you get, the service is fast and the workers are patient and cool
