I had to wait at least 1+ hour for the car, other than that car was ok clean, low mileage with no surprises I didn't reserve the car I went directly so they told me the cars they had available One thing I didnt like about the car was that it didnt have ABS but I guess thats what I paid for.

Avoid them! I had to wait almost 2 hours for a car to come from airport. I reserved a group of car, they gave me an inferior and charged the same. They tried to sell me SLI saying that I had no insurance at all, despite the reservation says clearly that I had the basic liability insurance (750,000 MXN). Al least, the car was good.

This is a horrible location. Price went up from reservation. When i questioned why refused to rent me the car reserved. Do not trust this location. Waste of time and money.

Eigentlich kann ich wenig zu Budget Aussagen. Ausser, dass ich trotz Vorbestellung aus Deutschland keinen Wagen bekommen habe. Vielleicht sollte ich demnächst bei einem globalen Unternehmen buchen.

Rented a car from this location. Got delayed a tremendous amount of time. Was being upscaled to larger car and insurance. Finally got into car after a long headache with customer service. Car disappeared on second night. Don't know what happened to it. Got jerked around by rental place and they tried multiple times to charge over $1500 USD on my card. No bill shown, made carbon copy of credit card and convinced to to sign with no dollar amount. Renter beware credit card scams
