Lovely little hotel with a very friendly and warm staff. Excellent food and service. I enjoyed my 4 day stay immensely. If I ever go back to Mazatlan, this would be the only place I would stay.

Best hotel in Mazatlan, Centro Historico. Excellent service, warm people, delicious breakfast, spacious and luxurious rooms, topped with a rooftop pool with a stunning view. Been back several times, always a pleasure!

We stopped here for lunch and enjoyed an excellent meal, with very fresh local fish, elote con crema, and sopa de tortilla. We've always wanted to stay here, maybe someday!

This is a great hotel. However, we were not happy with reception. We came in before check time and were able to leave our luggage with reception. Reception stated that the room might be available before 3 pm and that if so they would let us know when ready so we left to get breakfast and after a few hours came back. When returned to the hotel we were told that the room was not ready but that we were welcomed to sit around in their waiting area. We decided to go to the pool. We were in the pool for at least 2 hours and not once anybody came to the pool to see if we needed anything. Reception knew we were in the pool. We saw a camera and started waiving and that's when they came over to see if we needed anything. The waiter/waiters were pretty nice but I was disappointed that reception was not kind enough to follow up with us. This hotel was expensive and I believe that at least we deserved a better treatment. :(
