Wonderful Mexican palace hotel. Staff are so considerate & caring, we felt at home away from home. Even though we check in late & dining room closed, staff stayed to give us a great Mexican syle meal. How nice can it be - thanks folks. we have a good time in the indoor pool and watching the beach volleyball games outside of our window. Truly a great palace.

This place has the WORST service I have even found anywhere! The only thing worse than the front desk service, is the lack of management services. I ask 3 times for 3 different problems (from unclean room to improper billing), to talk to management. I was told all 3 times that there was no one to talk to. I asked to have someone contact me when they where available, and of course, not a peep from management! Was given a number to talk about billing and all they do is hang up on me. DON'T STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!!!

Very friendly Staff willing to try on meeting customer's expectations, although we all have to admit this is not a five star hotel it very well deserves the 3 1/2 stars as we do get more than what we are paying for. Good vibes here!
