Rooms too small and outdated, breakfast not included and lobby consular help rip you off. On a plus is within walking distance from the consulate.

I was there the week of Sept 11-19. The hotel was nice and clean like the pictures. We had buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was good and wasn’t expensive at all. The mango micheladas were also good 😉. The staff if really nice and friendly. Our over all stay here at ibis Juarez was a great experience. Taxis at the hotel and everything you need for you immigration interview was walking distance even the mall. Ibis thank you our stay was welcoming and we would recommend this hotel.
I was there the week of Sept 11-19. The hotel was nice and clean like the pictures. We had buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was good and wasn’t expensive at all. The mango micheladas were also good 😉. The staff if really nice and friendly. Our over all stay here at ibis Juarez was a great experience. Taxis at the hotel and everything you need for you immigration interview was walking distance even the mall. Ibis thank you our stay was welcoming and we would recommend this hotel.

I've been here less than a day and I already hate it! The lobby smells like straight up sewage! Not even an exaggeration. Rooms are super tiny, and only have a total of 2 outlets. Bathroom is old, shower door doesnt go all the way down so water leaks out. No free breakfast and the list goes on, save your money and go somewhere else.

The rooms are very tiny with enough room to walk around the bed. Bathrooms have a modern look with a sloppy finish to it (no toilet top, shower door not closing properly, and looked like a rushed cleaning job was done to it as well as a unpleasant moldy-like smell in the bathrooman). We had an issue with the a.c. not cooling. My husband called the front desk twice. The first time they sent someone up and the maintenance guy just pushed the buttons on the thermostat, and told my husband to open the window to let the heat out. The guy said he had just fixed the room's thermostat, and we just didn't know how to work the thermostat properly (rude!). Which made things worse. The second time no one bothered coming to check again. So we decided to cancel the rest of our stay, and luckily found a room somewhere else for the same price and much better service and a larger room.
