Incredible service and excellent food and drinks, even while training new staff. I accidentally left my purse behind during peak hours, and the manager kept it safe; nothing was missing!

Was very excited to see an outback in the mall of Guadalajara so of course i had to visit. Now i wish i hadn't as i was food poisoned. Have been suffering for two days now. I ordered my favorite outback ribeye only to return it after a few bites as something was terribly wrong with it. It had a rotten smell and a very pungent strong flavor. I was perplexed by this and the staff asked if I'd like another one. I just chose a hamburger instead. It was fine and i ate it. The next morning until present i have had extreme cramps and diarrhea non stop. I went to doctor and he said it was food Bourne illness. I will never return to an outback steakhouse which is sad because it was one of my favorite restaurants.

most of the food was good, however the steak was lackluster. and mushrooms not on the menu! another american restaurant that didn't quite make the international transition. but the prices are much lower.

Bad experience!! Been here a few times but most recently i was ripped off with a crappy burger along with stone cold french fries. They made a complete mess of the whole situation. My wifes food had to be returned and so was my burger. No apologies were made from the server, in fact i was strongly persuaded to allow the burger to be returned to the kitchen and was promised a "NEW" burger. Well, the "NEW" burger i got was in fact the same one with the cold fries along with the solitary bite mark i had just taken before it was returned. This along with dirty plates which came with the free bread and having to wait 10 mins for 2 cokes when the place was half full turned this meal into a shambles!!! Sadly all too normal in Guadalajara, it's best to eat mexican food here as all the major restaurant chains serve up lukewarm food with crappy service. Mcdonalds, BK, Applebees,Chili's, KFC, all extremely substandard. PF Changs is the best bet, never had a bad meal from Changs. All the rest are horrible, i once complained on the internet, i was told the mexican franchises have nothing to do with the USA. Nuff said !!!! Americans, stay away!!! you wont get your money back, barely an apology if your lucky, NOT IMPRESSED !
