Horrible! They called me on the day of my booking telling me that my room was no longer available and that they would relocate me in Tlaquepaque, miles away! After arguing, they moved me to a crappy room in the centre arguing that it was the same level as Clarum. Not only they charged me full price but also more charges appeared in my credit card for no apparent reason. They are rude and very unhelpful, 2 other people were complaining at the same time as me. Awful!!!

Este hotel es muy céntrico, la decoración minimalista de buen gusto, en trato del personal amable, pero hay mucho ruido en las noches de antros al rededor y carros en la avenida. Si eres de sueño pesado el hotek es una maravilla pero para los de sueño ligero no lo recomiendo

Hacían remodelaciones cuando me hospedé... Duro todo el día el polvo en las áreas comunes... Deck sucio y hoy que fui la sombrilla del deck hecha jirones. Lo destacable es el restaurante, ese sí destaca.

I asked for some water and they brought me a jar with a lot of stuff floating inside. Dirty water to drink not sanitary.
