We rented a car in cozumel. Very nice guy, explaining everything in details and giving us a hand on what places to visit. No hidding fees, and the return was fast. Fees were reasonable for the day.

We rented a Jeep Wrangler from these guys, after being hooked up with them at the Alamo rental kiosk across from Allegro Resort. These guys are shady! Be very careful. The Jeep we rented from them for the day had a broken odometer (which already showed 175k) and no functioning speedometer. We put $20 gas in and they accused us of not refilling the tank and tried to get us to give him $20 on the spot (get all gas receipts people!). They also required cash for the rental fee, thus voiding the insurance you automatically get when you rent with your credit card. While tooling around the island was super fun, choose another company to rent from!

I don't have any real complaints. Rented a small car cause I've never seen one like it. Was beat up for sure. But people were friendly and helpful. Was cheap. Would use them again but next time rent a jeep maybe.

Horrible service. First. There was a long line and the service representative gave the impression as they did not want to serve a tourist. Second, car breaks down leave us stranded for an hour. Service never came. Tried to turn on the car after the hour of waiting and it turned on. Took it back to return and it turn off in the middle of the street. I had filled the tank and was not reimburse. Blueway took no steps to remedy the situation and wanted to give me a car with no gas. So money lost. Horrible service. Do not patron this business.
