Mal servicio 30min. Esperando en la Terminal A en el calor. No hay un servicio al cliente te dicen que ya compraste el boleto con ellos.

Horrible experience!
Called ahead of time to set up a pick up for a client (Airport- home). Asked the client to print it and show it to Suburban. When he arrived he showed the printed reservation and they told him they could not find the reservation and he had to pay $290 cash. Luckily, he was able to call me. When I talked to the person he told me the same thing. I called the reservation line. The man that answer said that the reservation was paid for and client was in a taxi on his way to the destination. I decided to check up on the client and he was still waiting. I called the reservation line again to see what was going on and why they lied to me. I told him I wasn't going to get off the line until the mess was fixed. Sure enough a few minutes later they were able to find my client a taxi. Yet, I heard him give the driver the wrong directions and I told him to please check the address because he provided the wrong info. He said he was going to fix it. Sure enough the client had to call me again because the driver was not sure about the address. Keep in mind that the reservation has the address, colonia and city. They kept wanting to take the client to the wrong city. (Guadalupe instead of Monterrey). Called the reservation line again to make sure the driver knew where he was going. The man instead blamed me for the wrong address even though I corrected him earlier and had the reservation in front of him with the right address. Also blamed the customer for not having the reservation printed when in reality he did. Every single time I make a reservation I make sure every client shows his reservation to them because most do not speak Spanish and it's easier for the taxi drivers to understand. Also, it was not the first time this client takes Suburban so he knew the procedure. Needless to say.... I am very disappointed. I will not longer make a reservation with Suburban. Instead of apologizing for the mistake they would rather point fingers.

As per the response they asked to send information. This was sent April 11 at 4 pm. No response yet but I will updating information if I do not receive an answer.

Great service. Made reservation via web with specific instructions to please accommodate my elderly parents. They kept track of the flight & were waiting at the gate with wheelchairs as requested. My parents stated they were very cordial & professional. I have used their service as well and it was easy, no hassles & very friendly. Recommend. :)
