Worst Hertz ever, always long lines and only 1 person at counter. Gold status means nothing, still have to wait in line.

I purchased insurance and even prepaid gas when I check in. I got the total amount and when I returned the vehicle, the total amount was different than the amount that I got in first place. Also, they don't even speak English and just point paper and push to sign. I told them that I will make a complaint regarding this and they said fine do what ever I want. They seem that they don't care at all.

They do not respect any reservation online!!! They give u any car they want once u get there and that they have available, also the price changes.. do not reserve online it's a waste of time
