Don't take car from this company. Sales assistant said me that company will return my money (deposit) but they didn't. They returned only one part of money. They charched me 122$ for nothing and customer servis don't respond for any emails and don't want to help to solve the problem. I don't recommend this company.

Thieves, thieves, rateros- Run, DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY, not only will over insure you for their profit, they will charge you for anything they can come up with. Beware, they will try to make it appear that the car you are taking is impecable, not one scratch, be sure X it all sides where anything appears! One thing is to return same amount of gasoline, fine, I gave them over a 1/2 tank. But has anybody here ever washed your rental car to return it? And it's not filthy, nor garbage... normal 6 days of use. And then they charge over 3 times the minimum wage to clean? Worst ever car rental experience- painfully long process just to get the vehicle, disgusting rip off when you return it. Worst car rental ever!

I can only agree with all the other reviews. Please do not book a car with this company, the prices look very cheap at first but then they add extra costs so finally you will end up paying a lot more. We heard about this issue from a lot of people and have also made the experience by ourselves. We can confirm that we will NEVER ever book a car again with this company. This was by far the worst car renting experience for us. Please be more intelligent than we were and rent the car from a different company!

We had a very bad experience last December 2016. At the airport, the mex employee refused to give us the car we rented and payed before our arrival, if we were not agree to ad an extra cost of 21$ per day (our rental was for 21 days). We had a baby, were tired of the long trip, it was late, raining... no choice, wa had to pay to have the car. They were absolutely not friendly. All the customer in the office were complaining because Mex people obliged them to pay extra cost or they couldn't get the car. Then after returning to France we had the bad news to see the charge us €280more, we don't know why and have no explanation until now. This is a really bad company, please choose a better one for your trip!

I have had the worst experience of life in term of car rentals with this company. Apart for being very slow at the counter (not a big issue), they gave me a first compact car with two tires completely dead in the front. I asked for a change, they gave me the same model with NO BREAKS. After 500meters I returned the car and being waiting hours to get the issue solved are they didn't have any compact car available. They offered me a very small car (too small for me) or a larger car if I was able to pay for the difference. I have asked to talk to the management, they passed me a girl on the phone who did absolutely nothing. After 2 hours lost I decided to cancel the booking. Note that most of the cars (from small to large) have approx 100 K km, very dirty inside and scratched. I would recommend to pay few € more and pick another car rental company.
