PESIMO SERVICIO.!Los precios estaban dentro del rango pero yo reserve un automovil automatico durante una semana de gama mediano y el dia que llege me dieron un estandar en pesimas condiciones, a mas de 90 km sonaba como avion y el estereo no funcionaba ni el cargador del encendedor y olia a perro mojado. Debido al error quedaron de comunicarse conmigo para cambiarme el carro al siguiente dia por el automstico y nunca lo hicieron. Cuando entrege el auto le comente al dueño y el dueño dijo que pues el sistema estaba fallando.
NO LES RECOMIENDO RENTAR EN ESTE SITIO A MENOS QUE SE QUIERAN LLEVAR MALAS EXPERIENCIAS.

We had a very good experience when renting the cars, and even got advice on where to go from Cancún. Would rent from this company again.

No cumplen, hicimos reserva por internet y cuando llegamos por el vehiculo el local cerca de la terminal de autobuses estaba cerrado

Honest place, honest people! It's tee American company that booked it for me that tricked me into unneeded insurance. That company here explained it and it made sense immediately, plus they will not let you rent thier cars without proper insurance. Rent thru whatever company but make sure it's Adocar when you get here otherwise good luck on your rental. We had a van that was new and ran perfectly. Never any issue. Quick rental when I landed and quicker when I finished my vacation. Will always book with this company.
