This people are a rip off, they will inform you the price of the car but not all the hidden fees and taxes (location fee and much more). i unfortunately was forced into getting their coverage which does not cover squat. they did not even offer it they just put it on the bill. rental car was damaged by a truck and had to pay out of pocket. pending reply for my paper work needed for my credit card insurance to cover for the damages. they wont reply back to my email asking for report on accident, report of repair cost.
DO NOT rent from them - if you must check your auto insurance and/or credit cards for coverage and turn theirs DOWN!!!!

DO NOT believe whatever you're quoted in us dollar. They have their own currency rate, which is insanely higher than the average. They will give you the rental rate in us dollar but will charge you in pesos, which means you will be charged at least $10 more than their price in us dollars. Even though I made sure that my payment would in us dollar with three different staff, they still charged me in pesos. Unbelievable.

Price estimate shown on the website for this location is drastically different than what you'll get, we had to pay almost 4 times more than expected. We also had to wait ~1 hour to pick-up the vehicle, and the same to drop-off/pay. Their location may be convenient, but definitely try one of the other rental places instead.

Worst car rental experience ever! Staff attempted hustle by trying to cover up changes in insurance policies which differed from what we have agreed on upon. Very rude and unfriendly - they tried to enforce a rental contract! Never rent a car here unless you want to deal with a lot of unnecessary problems.

I wish I would of read the reviews before renting from Hertz. Stay away from this company!!! The manager Kelly Park has no customer service. She dose not care about the client. I had way better service and faster experience at dollar rent a car.
