Very friendly place but a bunch of con artist. Returned a car full of gas
$57.00 was added to my Credit Card. Then the day after the car was returned Rente Aeropuerto added another full cost rental to my Credit Card. So I was double billed for the rental car and charged for gas that would not go in the tank. The problem is NOT BUDGET but RENTE AEROPUERTO! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had great service, very friendly staff who spoke English well, clean new cars. We left an iPad behind by accident and were able to retrieve it on the way back to the airport.

We had a perfectly normal car rental experience. We were a bit put off by the reviews we read here but ended up happy customers. Friendly service, good price and car was in good condition. Victor was our agent, very attentive and no issues upon the return of the car. Pretty standard overall and happy with our service here

Terrible service. Slow. Personnel in a bad mood. When we left the car back they started complaining about a small scratch, we didn't have to pay anything because we had full coverage insurance, but it seemed like they started complaining to see what could they charged us for.

Terrible experience. Avoid if possible! We chose them for the good price... it was a big mistake. They will force you to pay SLI (secondary liability insurance), which increase the price by ~80%. The other (not acceptable) option to let them block $12.000 on your credit card, which is more than the price of the car. We spend there 2.5 hours!
