Ambiente del hotel tranquilo y relajado. Cuarto sin mucha iluminación natural. Fallos en la red disponible que otorga el hotel durante mi estadía. Buena ubicación, pues es céntrica y está cerca de lugares a los que uno va frecuentemente.

This place is OK as a reasonably placed and budget priced place for seeing the World Heritage parts of the city. But the young lady on the front desk should not have a job that deals with the public. We had to wait 5hrs for shift change to get the front desk to turn on our air conditioning... Something that can only be done by using the controller stored in the front desk. So if it is hot I strongly recommend considering a different hotel. That said the other staff have all been pleasant.
