The staff is really kind, although they can't have the control of everything and some trouble arrised (as in ac not working on a room, and having to switch rooms) they try their best to mend it as fast as posible.

I didnt like that i had to surrender my ID untill i left the building, but it makes sense seeimg that things are still bad here in Mexico. You cant put blind trust on anyone down in Acapulco MEX.

Day one... Room not ready but, they gave us free drinks. Very nice comp. Room looks great, everybody here has smiles.

Loved this hotel! We didn’t have any trouble, everyone was so nice, especially the ladies in the spa service, very relaxing and quiet stay.

We came here due to an exchange through Hilton grand vacation since there are associated. We are very disappointed on the weekend since they sell day passes to the pool. The pool was crowded with hundreds of kids and their families. No seats for guests. I felt like at was at a local pool.
Also the rooms smell moldy and are very wet due to humidity.
