Truly awful experience.
To stay we had some brown mush that had obviously been frozen and we tasteless which was accompanied by rock hard biscuits. My wife then had a pizza which she had one bite of before deciding it was inedible and I had stuffed octopus which had was akin to eating leather with boiled, tasteless rice inside.
We and various other guests around us all sent the food back, paid and left.

Pizza overdosing on cheese and frankly tasted disgusting. Stuffed octopus dry and very odd flavours lacking in everything tasty.

Excellent service. Food to die for. The most friendly staff I ever saw working in a restaurant. Best prices ever found. Staff will go out of their way to make you feel at home.

A small frontage leads to a far deeper, quite cosy restaurant. Set on different levels, it offers good quality Maltese fare. I had the pasta with rabbit sauce. This came as a very large portion with rabbit meat on the bone in with the pasta. Quite rustic, but very tasty; very filling. Come early as it fills up fast and the outside tables go first. Recommended as reasonable value for money in the locale.
