When we first used this store the staff could not do enough to help but recently they have bought in younger staff and they are not interested in your problem and do not seem to have the knowledge or interest in customer care

When to buy from there a couple of times Shop improved drastically over the last couple of years service is great and staff is very helpful

My power unit gave up on my PC. With a quick search and an order placed with Klikk, a new unit was delivered within 2 hrs (at a small cost). The courier was very pleasant and customer focused too. Will use again
