Used JS car hire recently and the service was very straight forward, no long queues in the air port.
car was fairly new, less than 4000km on the clock, clean, undamaged.
paid for the extra insurance @ 5euro a day you'd be an absolute ....... not to. reduces the excess down to 100 euros + a tank of fuel.
I returned the car with less than 1/4 of a tank of fuel they only charged me for the price of the fuel missing, no admin charges or anything like that.
I'll be using them again in November.
I normally use the main hire car companys hertz, avis, budget etc I will never touch them again.

Great company nice people good cars , what else could you ask for, oh forgot delivered and collected car to and from our apartment, great service, would use them every time.😄

JS Car Hire is the best in Malta! We rented the car for two weeks, you get a really good car for a good price!
Very reliable and no hidden charges when you pick up the car. Definitely recommended!

I have used JS Car Hire for the past three years and would recommend them unreservedly. The cars they supply are clean and in excellent condition and they offer great customer service - from walking you through the paperwork through to the simple way of dropping the car off. I was staying in a hotel and they brought the car to me and at the end of the holiday dropping the car at the airport was simplicity itself. If you don't have time to top the fuel up they will even do this for you and simply charge you for the cost of the fuel - no exorbitant mark-up. This is family firm not a faceless conglomerate - if you need anything they are just a phone call away.
