A great place to enjoy the perfect sunset which is a must in kota kinabalu at their bar area.
Staff are friendly and helpful as usual.

Come with company group, check in very very slow. Make us waiting for 2 hours.
Hotel environment is good.

The staff Sphere, is very helpful and attended to all my needs and requirements politely n professionally. Interior are antique, but elegent n clean. Landscape are amazing, very relaxing.

Love everything. Enjoyed our stay. The pool was great, the room service and breakfast were absolutely terrific. Great view of the pool and garden from our room. The bathroom was spacious. Heaven for kids and parents! Great family vacation

Very nice views on all corners of the hotel. Good restaurants inside. Very accommodating staffs and easy access to airport and taxis/car rental and even Grab cars. Live performances in the lobby at night is very relaxing. Pool is also good.
