We do events Here as Candyland Buffet Company Party Planner and all the staffs are extremely helpful.. Their hospitality is the best!

Great place to stay , staff are extremely helpful. Management are quick to rectify any problems that may occur.We had a serious problem with our bedding and within a short space of time the problem was fixed and appropriate compensation was offered. Breakfast was of a high standard. We would stay here again .☆☆☆☆

I stayed here a couple of years ago, and it wasn’t a pleasant experience! The room was ok but old like something out of the 80s, but was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room service was good and the hotel facilities were normal for a five star hotel. What really bothered me about this hotel was the attitude of the receptionists and the hotel porters!! They were mostly impolite and unprofessional in way they dealt with their customers! For example, I once asked the concierge to get me a taxi , but he claimed not to understand English and refused to get me one! And I met one of the most impolite receptionists I ever came across in my whole life while checking out , and I forgot to ask him for the deposit that they took upon checking in , but he never cared to remind me of it!! I don’t know if things have changed during those couple of years, but I don’t think I’ll ever return to this place again!

Great hotel, great rooms and service. The view was beautiful.
We were here for our honeymoon and the hotel gave us a cake that says Happy Honeymoon. My husband and I thought it was a wonderful gesture.

Lovely staff, very friendly and attentive to our requests and problems. The breakfast buffet is large and diverse. Plenty of options. The rooms we had were spacious and clean. Great view of the sunset from our room and the lounge on floor 12. Amenities okay, nothing amazing. We'd stay here again.
