The pork was delicious and juicy! But the place is really overpriced. Rm2 for a glass of cold chinese tea that wasn't even cold.

Xiao long bao was good, onion cake and fried bao were poor, the lamian so so, service was good...OK once in a while

Not sure about the low average rating here but my dinner here was excellent. And dishes are appropriately salted and not excessive. Right level as far as I'm concerned. Price is fair for what you get, this is definitely not hawker price, and the portions are generous.
