Beautifully designed hotel with spacious rooms. TH hotel offers free parking, ATMs, luggage and belongings holding room, and breakfast for her guests.
The design of this hotel is luxurious. The air-conditioning on certain areas especially on the hallway to the rooms is not properly ventilated thus creating damp atmosphere. It might trouble those who have asthma.
The hotel is a Syariah-compliant hotel thus no alcohol is served nor allowed in the premise.
The hotel's staff is friendly & helpful. Unfortunately in some occasion or events, some of the young staff were inexperience.
Food is good and affordable, worth a try. The pastries are great.
The ballroom is beautiful and may be able to cater up to 800 pax. The side projector unfortunately broke down with distorted image when we held our event in here. Technical team unfortunately quite hard to get hold to, as they are not in the area when you conduct your event. Honestly, prepare your own technical team if you wish a great event.
No pool or garden landscape around the hotel. The best bet for you to mingle around is by hanging out to the lobby.
Overall, it's a perfect for sleep and go.

Decent hotel for their fair price, room is big and clean. No underground/covered parking, breakfast spread is lousy, room hallway use sensor light, if you got back at night it will be very dark until u reach the sensor, smelly carpet at hallway too.

The food was nice , the event facilities were good however the room service suck badly. We've asked for iron to the housekeeping but no one answered the phone, we called the reception couple of time, they said they will send the iron immediately.. but what a surprise we waited one hour just for the iron.. 😠😠 bad service...

It's a nice hotel, far from the city centre (about half an hour by car). Comfortable rooms, very good breakfast

Exceptional staff. Large, high spec rooms. Free shuttle bus to central is a nice bonus.
