Check out out counter in the morning only had one person. Not efficient. Flooded with Chinese tourists who are loud and lack general kind courtesy. The coffee at breakfast is mediocre.

We had a lovely 2 nights stay in their junior suite. The room was very modern looking, spacious and clean. Staffs were very welcoming and helpful as well. In terms of location, the hotel is very accessible and located to popular tourist spots such as arts center and todak hawker market.

Comfortable and affordable hotel in the centre of the city. Shopping malls like Imago, Oceanus, Centre Point Sabah etc are all within walking distance. Next to it is the famous Seafood restaurant which you can try if you like to have seafood.

Everything is good.. Comfortable bedding, clean & spacious room.. Staffs are friendly and server you with manners.. Located strategically in city centre.. Can easily walk around for shopping, sightseeing n culinary.. Affordable price..
