This hotel is worst..the water in the bathroom come with corrosion from pipeline. I have no choice since the hotel was sponsored by layang-layang flying school kota kinabalu.

A good place to stay and close by to the popular Tanjung Aru Beach and Perdana Park. All within walking distance.

Nice and comfy hotel. Price is good with comfy bedding. Tv channel selection is good. Building setup and design is unique, and with a feel of classical. Friendly and informative staff.
Bad as too close to airport = noisy
Also access road too narrow that render a 40pax coach can't get to the lobby.
