What a splendid 4 stars hotel in the heart of KK. The room 9016 is just superb with above average amenities. I especially admired the closet stacked with two sarongs for both male and female use. The room has dark-sensual theme that sparks my inner being. The view from my room is overlooking the Pasar Tamu, the famous Sunday Philippines Market. The breakfast is above average, a decent gourmet for a good day ahead. The bathroom shower is quite a work. Rain shower - as the name suggests - splashes everywhere and quite hard to control even after pulling/pushing the lever. Plus, there is a weight scale beneath the sink. The towel could be allocated an extra though. The overall toilet cleanliness could be improved. The wifi service is like a biscuit - now you see and now you don't. The location is very strategic, all within walking distance to major hot spots in KK. The tv channels are abundance so it is ideal for tv junkies.

Price wise slightly $$$ however worth staying due to it's location is within walking distance around the city

Been to the spa only. So can only give 3 stars, cannot comment on the hotel. Sis is clean, service good, but the sauna and pool is small. We are a group of 6 barely squeeze into the sauna.

Convenient and comfortable. Except i highly hate my last room (no. 1101) as it was too small due to its bath tub located outside the bathroom. Yes, the bath tub is just behind the bed! Its beyond imagination that the huge bath tub is just behind the bed, so no room for guest to sit. Its horrible.
