Irresponsible and dangerous!!!
Their cars's maintenance are bad.
I had my very bad experience by getting a car without tread pattern and wire can be seen. No apology or explanation were given. They blame me that I didn't check the car properly when I got the rental car at night.

Worst rental service ever.
Asked me to wait 20 minutes. After 30 minutes, I call back and asked me to wait another 5 minutes. I wait for 10 and then get a call from a lady saying the car is dirty and won't be ready until waiting another 20 minutes. I call back to inquire the status only to find out they went to wrong terminal.
Took the taxi instead, less headache, less time wasted.
