just use their service...i should believe the bad review ..
day 1...book 2 innova but one innova lost key....we stuck in airport for one and half hours and waiting them to find key until me offer to self paid anouther taxi to hotel. ask the taxi fare rebate..they ask us to find anouther transporter....so un responsible. ask to sent for dinner...the driver mr lam ask me to request this service from office and give him OT before proceed..fianlly i give up...we settle our self.
day 2...suppose not enought time to samosir island but still bring us to the car ferry harbour that need extra 20 min more ..just to show us that is imposibble to get in to ferry.than redirect us to passenger ferry habour that need anouther 20 min.when we in the passenger ferry it already 5pm...in ferry only told is the last ferrt comeback to parapat is 6pm....what for we sit in ferry go and back if so rush.
ask me to book a room for them to stay a night ..but suppose their accommodation should be realdy by toba transporter..i refuse to do it
day 3 maybe because i dint provide them a comfortable few star room...they show us black face... and skip most of the POI...they only fetch us to water fall and berastagi.....than back medan...we reach medan at 4pm
their service only as below
day one..airport hotel...wasted us 2 hours becouse wait them find key and we still need pay 150k for taxi our self
day two 9am to 8pm but wasted out time that travel in car
day three 9am to 5pm..same....
total costs is rm 1582..two innova with those service
my comments: pls avoid this company
to toba transporter..pls dont deny..i have all ur what apps msg ...

Terrible experience with them. Bought us for mamak for lunch only and always try to persuade us not to go to the tourism spots which require admission fees. Wont recommend to others. Hope you all can see my post before it being deleted.
