Dirt cheap, only IDR 70k per night for non-airconditioned room. The water smell and taste weird. Maybe because it is located near welding workshops.
You can't expect more at that price.
Another pro's: located near the grand mosque and the Maimun Palace. Not far from the Chinatown. Suitable as base of city sightseeing

70,000 for a small, dirty and hot room on the fourth floor with the smallest bathroom ever with Western toilet but no seat. Holes in windows so mosquitos. Next to mosque. No wifi in room. Top floor has a roof so you could dry clothes or take photos maybe.

Basic Indonesian budget hotel. Room, double bed, small table, attached bathroom, for 80000 IDR / 1 doublebed room. We were just in the top floor, part of the roof outside the rooms was kind of terrace with the possibility to sit there. The location just next to the Mesjid Raja is not ideal, however it was not actually so noisy either (though we were there during Ramadan).
