Rooms are very clean. Breakfast is super... Friendly staff. I like the black n white interior design. Will recommend to others.

This hotel has transformed to a much cleaner, newer, slightly fancier and chic hotel..good job, new management..located in the heart of the city, around 10 minutes drive to Merdeka Walk..what I slightly dislike is that there's no shops/restaurants within a walking distance

Old hotel under new management. Inside is already cool, now they need to work on the outer part of the building, especially the parking lot. CIMB Niaga is here too, and atm centre.

Friendly and helpful staff.

if we look at this hotel outside, we sure that the hotel is an old building. but when we come in, you will see luxuary interface.
the service is quite good. when i didnt see laundry plastic to take my used clothes, then i call the housekeeping ext. in a 2 minutes or less the house keeper came and do their job. even in early morning !
