This is not an old hotel but it looks like that. The lobby and the hall seem gloomy. I think they should put more lighting to make it better. Good lighting is always a good sign. I don't have any complain about the room.

Maybe I am the unlucky guest. The bed sheet might be dirty and unwashed, my entire lower body was itchy when I woke up the next morning.

love the big room. requested a non smoking room, but it seem in medan there's no such place; even with the no smoking sign is up.
